About
From Wireframes to Wedding Invites—Design is My Language
Hi, I’m Trisha—a UX Designer with over 8 years of experience turning complex problems into intuitive, research-informed solutions. Most of my career has been rooted in healthcare, where I’ve led initiatives that improve plan selection flows, optimize user journeys, and prioritize accessibility at every step. I believe that good design isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about empathy, clarity, and the courage to ask why until we get to what really matters.
I thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with product managers, developers, and UX writers to align on strategy and deliver seamless experiences. I’m often the one championing the voice of the user in cross-functional meetings, grounding teams in customer insights while keeping an eye on business goals.
Outside of work, I run a custom stationery business where I create invitations, signage, and brand kits for weddings and events. This creative outlet keeps me deeply connected to the emotional side of design—storytelling, visual identity, and moments that make people feel something. It’s a balance I love: analytical and creative, structured and sentimental.
Whether I’m mentoring a teammate through a design system update, collaborating with writers on microcopy, or sketching out ideas for a new digital product, I’m always focused on the same thing: building experiences that are thoughtful, accessible, and beautifully human.

Creative Crossover
I’m a UX Designer by trade—but creativity has always been a thread running through everything I do.
My work in both worlds has taught me how to:
Design with empathy and intention
Manage complex projects with high emotional stakes
Communicate clearly and guide clients through unfamiliar territory
Blend creativity with constraints (yes to budget, timeline, and scope)
